Project Photos-Residential

Third Brook Restoration and Stabilization

This job involved a 12 day time line due to permit requirements to do the in stream work. It involved by-pass pumping approximately 2000 lf of stream, than reconstructing it using approximately 6000 ton of rock, 2000 lf of coir logs, 3000 cy of export. LaFever Excavating was able to complete the task even though most involved did not think it was possible in the tight time frame. We worked closely with multiple agencies including NYCDEP, the Delaware County Soil and Water Conservation district, NRCS, the owner, the Town of Walton, and the engineers Malone and McBroom.
